Palm Beach Gardens is mostly a mixture of lot communities, some gated, some with golf and tennis amenities but most with hefty homeowner association fees. Garden Woods is one of those few communities that has no HOA costs but still maintains its neighborhood feel.
Garden Woods was developed in the late 1970s and finished up in the early 1980’s. Palm Beach Gardens was still a new community at this point and with land easier to come by, the locale off Military Trail and Elm street is most desirable. The smallest floorplans start at 1600 square feet under air with some going as high 3000 square feet. Some have private pools and garden backyards.
The Palm Beach Gardens real estate location of Garden Woods is picture perfect. Near I95 makes getting to the airport just a 20 minute commute. The Palm Beach Gardens mall along with the best in shopping and restaurants is almost walking distance. It’s as close as one gets to a center of town location.
